*After Hours Access. Members will have direct telephone access to at least one Physician seven days per week. Access is available from 10 PM to 6 AM. In the event of an emergency, or any situation that Members could reasonably expect may develop into an emergency, that the Member should contact 911 or the nearest emergency medical assistance Physician, and follow the directions of emergency medical personnel.
