At Main Street Medical, we offer hormone replacement therapy that is tailored to meet your specific needs. Our Comprehensive Hormone Replacement Program keeps things simple by offering a variety of hormone options all for the same low, monthly price of $199/month or, for our BioTe Pelleting services, you can choose our a la carte option and pay as you go*.
Program participation requires Initial Hormone Consultation. Credit card required for monthly payment plan. Cancel at any time with 30 day advanced notice. Monthly payment program includes your hormone treatment as well as any required laboratory testing and follow up visits.
Initial Hormone Consultation
Comprehensive review of symptoms suggestive of hormone deficiency, underlying disease states, initial laboratory evaluation, and treatment plan. Consultation includes initial laboratory testing.

Offered as part of our Comprehensive Hormone Replacement Program.
Program includes customized forms of creams, troches/lozenges, or capsules for each patient in addition to all hormone labs and follow up visits.

Offered as part of our Comprehensive Hormone Replacement Program.
Testosterone therapy (TRT) by injection is typically recommended every 1-2 weeks to maintain optimal hormone levels.

Initial Hormone Consultation is included for Active Members, however, BioTe Hormone Pelleting, Testosterone Injection Therapy and Compounded Hormone creams are not included in Membership. Hormone services are available to Members and Non-Members.
**Fees for hormone therapies do not include cost for associated vitamins/supplements that may be recommended by your provider to support your treatment protocol. DPC Members pay only $150/month and have the option to pay a la carte for BioTe Pelleting. Inquire for pricing and more information. A la carte pricing for BioTe Pelleting does not include follow up laboratory testing.
